Phase-1
- Immunization of 4 Balb/c mice by our standard protocol or accelerated protocol (Protein, conjugated peptide, DNA vectors or conjugated small molecules).
- Determination of antibody titer by ELISA.
- Addition immunization and ELISA if required.
Time: 10 weeks (Short protocol)
Phase-2
- Fusion of immune splenocytes from mouse with myeloma cells
and plating in 96 well plates.
- Screening of supernatants and selection of best 12 well by ELISA.
- Expansion and storage of 2 vials each in liquid Nitrogen for 1 year.
