Service Details
Phase-1
  • Immunization of 4 Balb/c mice by our standard protocol or accelerated protocol (Protein, conjugated peptide, DNA vectors or conjugated small molecules).
  • Determination of antibody titer by ELISA.
  • Addition immunization and ELISA if required.
    Time: 10 weeks (Short protocol)

Phase-2
  • Fusion of immune splenocytes from mouse with myeloma cells
         and plating in 96 well plates.
  • Screening of supernatants and selection of best 12 well by ELISA.
  • Expansion and storage of 2 vials each in liquid Nitrogen for 1 year.
    Time: 16 weeks (Standard Protocol)

Phase-3
Subcloning and generation of monoclonals from 1 best chosen
        clone. 
Preparation of 10 vials and freeze store in liquid Nitrogen for 1 year.
