The choice of production method should depend on various parameters such as amount needed, cost, and end use of the product.
Scale of production can range from few mg in standard flask or biobags to grams in bioreactors.
Quality of production can range from standard low IgG serum containing production to serum & protein free production to endotoxin free production.
Cost of production will depend on scale and quality of production.
The table below gives an outline of different methods of production, scale and approximate cost (cost estimate does not include purification cost, optimization cell line, selection and screening for best serum or protein free media). We have extensive experience with various methods of production. In addition to in vitro production we also offer in vivo mouse ascites production (although we do not recommend it). Please review the information and contact us to get a custom quote to meet your needs. We guarantee we offer the best service and pricing.
