Return and Refund Policy:

Antibody Research Corporation guarantee the quality of our products. If you found any product does not perform as described please inform us as soon as possible with your protocols.  Our expert team of scientists will examine and determine the product related problems.  Also offer a replacement or refund will be offered for purchased through Antibody Research.  If the customer orders the product wrongly Antibody research will charge a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping and handling and excludes products shipped on dry ice.  For product datasheet and handling information will send when we ship the products.  For refund and return customer must have a prior authorization from Antibody Research.

We accept Credit card orders and all orders are subject to availabilty.  Price does not include shipping and handling and can be changed without prior notice.  Our staff is always ready and willing to help you with your order or project.  Antibody Research Corporation will not be liable or responsible if there is ann error occured on any information provided on our website.   We value your privacy and keep all the information you provide confidential.

Warranty Limitations

Antibody Research Corporation (ARC) products are for use in research only and not for diagnostic,therapeutic, or other use. Customer warrants that it will test all ARC products prior to use. ARC makes no warranty of any kind withregard to its products, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantabilities and fitness for a particular purpose,ARC responsibilities shall be limited to replacement of any defective products. Any customer using ARC products contrary to these orother terms shall hold ARC harmless and indemnify it for any cost incurred from claims arising from such misuse. All work performedbased on best effort only.
